About Speeko

  • Free access includes the following:

    The free version of Speeko never expires. You will always have access to your recordings and to the content mentioned above.

  • You can access Speeko on-the-go through our app.

    Our app is available for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. The app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store.

    We are currently working on the Android version. Sign up for our Android waiting list here, and you'll be the first to know when it's available!

 

Subscriptions and Billing

  • You can access one account from multiple devices. Just be sure to log in with the same Speeko account.

  • If you purchased your subscription via the Apple App Store:

    1. Open the App Store app.

    2. Tap your profile picture in the top right corner.

    3. Tap Subscriptions.

    4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage. Don't see the subscription that you're looking for?

    If you purchased your subscription via the Speeko website:

    Log into your account at https://app.speeko.co to manage your subscription settings.

  • If you purchased your subscription via the Apple App Store:

    Sadly, here at Speeko, we don't have access to the Apple App Store's transactions or payment details to refund your purchase.

    The good news is, you have control over this process.

    Please submit your refund request to Apple here or by calling their support number in your region.

    While you're waiting for your refund, be sure to cancel your subscription.

    If you purchased your subscription via the Speeko website:

    We'll gladly help you with your refund!

    For Monthly plans: We offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee for your Monthly plan. To be eligible for a refund, submit a refund request within 14 days of purchase.

    For Annual and Lifetime plans: We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for your Annual or Lifetime plan. To be eligible for a refund, submit a refund request within 30 days of purchase.

Account and Privacy

  • If you received an email from Speeko, a free Speeko account was created using your email address. The email helps us verify that your email address is real.

    Our main features are free forever, and you can upgrade to a subscription for access to our premium features.

    If you didn’t register for a free Speeko account, let us know, and we’ll remove your email address from our system.

  • We use your email to contact you about major app updates and as a way to help you troubleshoot any issues.

    We will never share your data with advertisers.

  • Recordings are stored and processed on your device. We won’t share your personal information, ever.

  • You might want to log out of your Speeko account to switch to a different Speeko account.

    Log out of your account on iPhone or iPad:

    1. Open Speeko.

    2. Go to the Progress tab.

    3. Tap the icon in the top right corner.

    4. Tap “Log out.”

    Log out of your account on Mac:

    1. Open Speeko.

    2. In the menu bar (at the top of your screen), click Account.

    3. Click "Log out..."

  • To request the deletion of your Speeko account, please send us a message.

    Upon request, we will permanently and irrevocably delete your Speeko account. We do our best to respond to all account deletion requests within 72 hours.
