When purchasing Speeko for your team, the total cost is billed upfront for the full year using the payment method provided at checkout. The subscription is activated immediately and will automatically renew at the end of each annual billing period.

We do not provide monthly billing or billing based on usage. We recommend assessing your team’s needs before purchasing to ensure the appropriate number of seats. You can transfer seats to new employees or add additional seats at any time, but the total number of seats cannot be reduced during the billing period.

We accept ACH payments as well as most major credit and debit cards through our website. At this time, we do not support invoicing, purchase orders, or payment by check.

Team members can redeem their seats at any time while the subscription is active. However, the renewal date remains fixed based on the original purchase date, regardless of when seats are activated.

Yes, administrators can update the list of enrolled employees at any time through the Speeko Admin Portal. If a team member leaves, their seat can be reassigned to a new employee. However, the total number of purchased seats cannot be decreased until the next renewal period.
