By default, your Speeko Pro subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You’ll receive an email notifying you of upcoming renewals.

You can turn off automatic renewal in your subscription settings.

Please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid an unintentional payment.

If you purchased your subscription via the Apple App Store:

Use the App Store app to manage your subscription.

If you purchased your subscription via the Speeko website:

Log in to your account at app.speeko.co to manage your subscription.

Please submit your refund request directly to Apple here or by calling their support number in your region.

Because the purchase is through the Apple App Store, Apple manages the entire billing and refund process. This means refund decisions are handled solely by Apple, and Speeko is unable to offer a Money-Back Guarantee.

If you purchased your subscription via the Speeko website:

For Monthly plans: We offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee for your Monthly plan. To be eligible for a refund, submit a refund request within 14 days of purchase.

For Annual and Lifetime Access plans: We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for your Annual or Lifetime plan. To be eligible for a refund, submit a refund request within 30 days of purchase.
