Opera Singer Turned Exec Coach—Now She’s Betting on AI to Bring Elite Speech Coaching to Everyday Professionals

When Jennifer Litwin coaches someone on how to speak with confidence, she’s not just thinking about their words. She’s thinking about their entire presence.
“You have a voice that no one else has. My job is to help you trust it,” says Litwin, a longtime executive, coach, and professional soprano who’s spent the last two decades guiding professionals through pivotal career moments, whether in a boardroom or on stage.
Now she’s bringing that philosophy to Speeko. Litwin has joined the company as Managing Director, Coaching and Strategic Partnerships, where she’s poised to lead Speeko’s growing live coaching business and help expand its reach into teams and organizations.
Drawing from her dual careers as an opera singer and a Wall Street and tech executive, Litwin blends corporate strategy and creative expression. The result? A distinctive approach that helps leaders project authority, manage vocal fatigue, and reduce stage fright, without sounding rehearsed or robotic.

And yes, she sings! As a trained soprano, Litwin uses techniques from classical music to help clients connect more deeply with their body, breath, and voice. Know Your Voice, Litwin’s interactive workshop that teaches participants to harness the expressive power of their voices, has been delivered to teams at Google, Yahoo, Adobe, Reddit, UBS, CreditSights, Western Asset Management, KeyBank, and more.
